i have the same cap, i actually got two of them in a six pack which i thought was really odd. i've been trying to figure it out for almost a year. cat scratch fever sounds like it would be right but the hand in the middle is not scratching....if you reference it to the other mickeys cap puzzles the hand is actually a sign for come. so idk, but cat scratch fever seems to be the closest i can get

I've been pondering this all night. I was thinking something totally different. I was thinking "Bad luck comes...." I couldn't figure the rest out. Black cat is bad luck, the hand is come(s), and the flaming head, i have no idea.
My friend and I had a couple of sixes of Mickey's a few weeks ago and couldn't figure this one out. I just got a six tonight and had this cap show up again. I decided to look up answers and I'm shocked that nobody has figured this out yet. I'm starting to get irritated lol.

The middle symbol is clearly the "come here" motion. However, it is also how many people scratch the chin of a cat so I'm pretty sure it is a bad puzzle for "cat scratch fever"
