ANSWER: "Back In Power!"

DECIPHERED: left arrow circle is the back button on a sony playstation game controller thus 'back - letter N thus 'in' - electrical plug-in panel thus 'power'

    Actually, the cap's upside down. The real answer is Plug and play.

    That would make the N backwards? Flip a N upside down and see what happens, if you look at the plugs if it is "back in power" they are upside down. This cap is definitely "Plug N Play."

    The socket is upside down this way. Look at the sockets in your house. The single hole is on the bottom. It's plug n play.

    Its always fun to solve the Mickey's Beer Cap Puzzle. Everytime I attempt it and many times gave the right answer also. Last time, I couldn't guess the right answer. Better luck next time to me
