DECIPHERED: green traffic light thus 'go' - crossed lines are also a symbol for 'pound' - S + And - thus 'sand'.

Now that I look up the definition of pounding sand it's still stupid but it does make sense because doing something stupid or pointless is the same thing as pounding Sand All I know is if I'm gonna pound sand is definitely gonna be somewhere on the ocean side
